An intern’s role may include a variety of activities: house coverage (answering the phone, answering the door, and tending to the needs of the mothers and babies), baby-sitting, assisting in light house work, tutoring, and assisting on projects that may arise in the house. While the internship does include direct interaction with youth, it is with infants under 6 months of age.
