| Hospice Intern |
Fingerprint/background clearance is required. Training required which may significantly delay start of service hours or which needs to be completed prior to the start of the semester. Interns would assist the HoA staff, patients, and patient families by being a social support to patient and family, feeding patients, assisting in In-Patient Units as needed, bereavement calls to families, bereavement visits to families, helping with support groups for the bereaved (which are open to the community), and by being part of the circle of support to our patients and their families. |
