| Emerging Markets Program Internship |
Training required which may significantly delay start of service hours or which needs to be completed prior to the start of the semester. The Emerging Markets Program Intern will work collaboratively with staff to promote the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to communities underserved by our organization, as well as to deliver Girl Scout curriculum to girls in key areas. The Intern will also assist with the coordination of a Latina Empowerment Volunteer Community, as well as with the recruitment of adult volunteers.

Fingerprint/background clearance is required. Female Interns will work with the "Just Us" Social Justice Programs. They will assist with program planning, office work, interacting with girls from all walks of life. Our programs are primary, secondary, and tertiary intervention strategies to help break the inter-general patterns of incarceration, addiction, and family instability. Fingerprint/background clearance is required. * Assist council program staff and community volunteers with the delivery of the, curriculum-based, Dove self esteem program Uniquely Me!. This program fosters opportunities for leadership and growth for girls in grades 4-12. |
