I.    Introduction to a senior center   (TOTAL 4 hours)

Assistant (Homebound Elderly) Fingerprint/background clearance is required.

Student interns will have the opportunity to help the program director in all aspects of managing the Assistance for Independent Living Volunteer Program - Assistance for Homebound Elderly. For example, interns can accompany the volunteer manager to client’s homes for initial intake and reassessments or advocate for clients.
