ASU Upward Bound Program

Mission: 

The Upward Bound Program at Arizona State University is a federally funded college-preparatory program that serves high school students who are low-income and/or will be the first in their family to earn a bachelors degree.  Upward Bound's mission at Arizona State University is to assist participants with graduating from high school, entering college and earning a bachelors degree.

ASU UB Afterschool Tutoring Program offers ASU students the opportunity to tutor and mentor high school students who have been identified as low-income and first-generation college bound students.  With the guidance of high school instructors, tutors will be responsible for assisting UB students in their high school coursework by providing individual & group tutoring; coursework includes English (Literature/Composition), Mathematics (Pre-Algebra to Calculus), Social Science (History...
