ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
Duties
Working with TCH Upper Management staff to make the agencies brand more cohesive.
Review print materials to check for consistancy in how TCH's brand is presented to general public.
Work with development department to present a clear message to donors about how their contribution impacts TCH programs.
Research potential business for TCH's various programs and startegies for marketing.
Population served
TCH's business services which support people with disabilties through various programs inclduing; work programs, day programs, carpet cleaning, elder care, food services, etc.
Community need/impact
TCH historically has not had a consistant marketing and branding element. The services that we offer in social enterprise supplement income for the agency and this directly impacts the services that we are able to offer to the people with disabilities who participate in TCH's various programs. Therefore a marketing component is paramount to the success of TCH and the support it offers to people with disabilities in the community.
Students will positively impact people with disabilities through improving consumer and work associates work opportunities and quality of services. This positive impact will come from raising awarenes of the services that TCH offers and in turn raising capitol for the agency which will improve quality of life for the poeple with disabilities that TCH serves.
