Duties Semester
After School Tutor Fingerprint/background clearance is required.

  • Provide feedback to encourage student learning and motivation
  • Utilize a variety of instructional methods in an individual and group setting
  • Communicate with students to encourage homework completion
  • Assist with homework and long term assignments
  • Create and maintain an effective learning environment
  • Coach student to identify resources to complete their assignments

Summer Enrichment Program Teacher

Teach children ages 5-13 during the summer. There are several teaching opportunities available: Reading, Physical Education, History, Geography, Dance, Music, Arts and Crafts, Science, Computers, Spanish, Math, and accompany the classes on Field Trips (Museums, Movies, Skating, and the Zoo). Interns are encouraged to select the subject(s) of their choice and can be discussed during the interview process.
